Choose how to send

BCC means blind carbon copy. Recipients do not see one another's addresses. Use BCC, never CC, for a bulk message. A single email might exceed your provider's recipient limit and does not prove delivery or completion. Individual requests are easier to track.

Download the addresses and individual draft messages. Open the file, verify contacts, then use it for BCC, mail merge or separate emails.
